This ground-mounted utility box is decorated on all sides. The box has an extra protrusion with six smaller art pieces divided across its sides. In all. there appear to be ten separate art works. It looks like the works may have originally be done on metal plates by the children and then fastened to the side of the box in a symmetrical fashion. The artworks features butterflies, ladybugs, musical notes, armadillos and flags. Individual children's first names can be spotted on each plate.
The utility box can be seen in Google Street View (before painting).
