This ground mounted utility box is decorated on four sides with art done by children. One side features a blue guitar with musical notes all around, symbolizing Austin's love of live music. Another side has a red, white and blue Texas Lone Star flag. Another side is a colorful representation of the tall buildings of Austin's skyline, and a bridge, lake and park right across from the buildings. the fourth side has a multi-color ladybug with red and blue wings and purple spots on the wings. It looks like the works may have originally be done on metal plates by the children and then fastened to the side of the box.

The utility can be seen in Google Street View (then unpainted).
