The top has a symbol for the sun and the word Robert and Rays, apparently referring to the rays, or influences, of this man. The main portion of the inscription is:

According to FindAGrave, Robert was the son of Bobby and Shirley Arnold. Though he was born in Stone County, which is just a short distance east of this cemetery, he died in Memphis, TN.
