Note that this mark is located much farther than the 3 1/2 feet listed on the NGS datasheet - it is located in a square concrete monument which projects about 6 inches & is located on the edge of the bank.

Mark is at the E end of Perryville Community Park - about 12 feet E of the centerline of the park drive & is in possible danger of slipping over the bank within a decade or two.
