Žamberk Town
Town in valley of Divoká Orlice, established in 13rd century. In 16th century the town was the centre of Moravian Church. Žamberk is also the birthplace of the inventor of conductor - Prokop Diviš. You can see there its memorial. The chateau (
visit link) was built in the year 1575 by Mikuláš z bubna. Later it has been several times rebuilt, last time in beginning 19th century. The dominant of town is the Renaissance town-hall from the year 1815, later rebuilt.
