The Tamiami Trail is a Florida Scenic highway, that runs from Tampa to Miami a distance of 270 miles, but only 70 miles is classified as Scenic Highway by the State of Florida. The Tamiami Scenic Trail passes through the Downtown area of Sarasota, & the whole of the County of Sarasota.
The sculpture garden is located at the corner of Dr Martin Luther King Jr. Way, and the Tamiami Trail.
The Sculptures in the small park, probably belonging to or are the works from students of the Ringling College of Art, which is next to the sculpture garden.
A few of the sculptures have plaques giving their names & artist, but most of the artworks are without plaques, & in need of some TLC.
