The place of pilgrimage is located in a forest clearing near the municipality of Prepychy.
There is a Way of the Cross with thirteen stations and chapels, while the fourteenth station involves a depiction of God’s Tomb carved into the rock. The dominant feature of the place of pilgrimage is the Chapel of the Virgin Mary which was built in 1889. The Way of the Cross leads around it.

Poutní místo se nachází na lesní mýtine nedaleko obce Prepychy. Nalézá se zde krížová cesta se trinácti zastaveními, kaplickami, ctrnácté zastavení je vyobrazení Boží hrob vytesaný do skály. Dominantou poutního místa je kaple Panny Marie postavená v roce 1889 kolem které vede uvedená krížová cesta.
