While driving north on Highway 200 we spotted a large old barn and decided to pull over to take some pix. We pulled into a pull out on the west side of the highway, right beside this spring. Someone has put a concrete casing around it and it flows at a pretty good rate into a catch basin beside it. From there we assume the water flows into the Clark Fork River, which is about 500 or 600 yards to the east.
The spring is across the river and south of the little town of Paradise by only about a mile.
The water likely originates in the mountain to the west, flowing underground down to this spot.
