A wooden 30 m observation tower with a steel staircase ceremoniously opened on 15 April 2006; the structure towers over the town of Vrbice u Kostelce nad Orlicí at an elevation of 445 m above sea level. The main lookout platforms are at the heights of 11 and 25.5 metres; 118 stairs lead to the upper platform. The reward for the climb are breathtaking views of part of Vysocina, the Železné Mts., the Pardubice area, the Hradec Králové area, the Krkonoše Mts., and under good visibility part of the Jeseníky Mts. The observation tower is located near a former 37 metre high observation tower which served as a triangulation point during the Second World War.

Drevená rozhledna s ocelovým schodištem je 30 m vysoká a nachází se ve výšce 445 m n. m. nad obcí Vrbice u Kostelce nad Orlicí, na vrchu zvaném Kastel ("hradní hláska"). Hlavní vyhlídkové plošiny jsou ve výšce 11 a 25,5 m, ke které vede 118 schodu.
Rozhledna je umístena v blízkosti místa bývalé 37 metru vysoké rozhledny, která za druhé svetové války sloužila jako triangulacní bod.
