Surprisingly, the little town of Noxon has a paramedic station, a nice new one, at that.

Along Railroad Road, which is the equivalent of Main Street in Noxon, the Paramedic Station is just east of the firehall, which in turn, is just east of Third Street. They are both on the north side of the street, separated by a parking lot. This new station has a pair of bays, suggesting that it houses a pair of emergency vehicles.
Given that we didn't notice any paramedic stations in other nearby towns, I suppose its existence here shouldn't be all that surprising.
Smokey and his fire danger sign stand beside the station, making it a bit easier to spot.
