This is a gates community. It sits on the western most part of the San Fernando Valley. It's 2010 population was 1,856. Hidden Hills is one of the richest cities in the United States. It was incoprated in 1961.
The city hall is located just outside the gates. It's a simple two story house like building with a few parking spaces. The building also houses the security operations for the city. Under Califronia law, city hall of private towns must be open to the general public.
