One of the beaches in the area of Albufeira, a former fishing village which is now a main touristic town in the region of Algarve, Southern Portugal.

Probably this can be considered the last beach towards west in Albufeira region. It's a wide one, long, lots of sand. Also it's near an interesting feature, a salted small lake (Lagoa dos Salgados), with lots of birds to watch. It has a nearby parking lot, a restaurant and all the amenities one would expect on a beach.
Coordinates were taken on the beach, immediately after the pedestrian access.
Can also be named Praia dos Salgados.
