In Harrisburg, off I-283, is the Capitol Diner, which has uses neon lights both on its double=sided sign and its building.
The Capitol Diner is on Eisenhower Blvd, near the exit for Lindle Road. From the exit, go west a short distance to the intersection with Eisenhower Blvd then turn left (south) and drive a short distance to the diner on the left.
The neon sign is easy to spot. The sign incorporates several lighting methods. Red neon tubes outlines 'Diner' and are accents on either side of the image of the capitol. Blue neon makes up the swish under 'Diner.' The rest of the top part of the sign is backlit lighting, while the lower part is different lighting.
The building has rows of red and blue neon lights along the sides. On the tower part is another version of the sign, with the same red 'Diner' and blue swish.
