Sauck's Covered Bridge was built in 1854 by David Spooner. The bridge is a one span bridge, 101 feet 2 inches in length by 15 feet 10 inches in width.

The bridge was restored in 1993 by the Gettysburg National Military Park and several other organizations. It was closed to foot traffic only in 1968.

This bridge was used by both the Confederate and Union forces during the Battle of Gettysburg.

Sauck's Covered Bridge is owned by Adams County.
