It was originally a water-tower built in 1931-1932. Today it is a thirty-metre outlook-tower near Kramarova tourist cottage named after the first First-Republican prime minister Karel Kramar. It overlooks the countryside - you can see Šerlich, Kralicky Sneznik, Kladsko region, Hruby Jesenik with Praded and Snezka if the weather is good.

Rozhledna Suchý vrch, jež je soucásti Kramárovy chaty, byla puvodne stavena jako vodárenská vež, která byla postavena v letech 1931-1932 podle návrhu architekta A. Patrmanna. Rozhledna je betonová a její tvar pripomíná hrib. Vež rozhledny je vysoká 33 m a na vyhlídkovou plošinu, která je výšce 22 metru, vede 128 schodu (pocítáno od komunikace).
