This six story brick building was constructed in 1906 and first served as the Martin Shaughnessy Fireproof Storage Building. The building was designed by St. Louis Cathedral architects Barnett Haynes & Barnett. The building has been used by Motor Parts Warehouse Inc. for many many years. The building is currently being renovated to commercial space on the first floor and 80 loft apartments above.
