The city uses it on their home page, but I cannot find an specific information about - Who, What, When and why.
Proper Description: To me it looks like Heidel Ave about the turn of the century..NOT Y2K...but 1900 - maybe as late as 1930s.
Beside the building lining the street the major impact item is a street car. The car appears to be stopped with the motorman, the conductor and mechanic posing for the artist.
Lower left of picture is a couple in a 1930s car.
Te detail is excellent, cloths hanging in the store windows, a horse drawn cart in the background. Well done
