The nearly 14 metre high wooden observation tower near the town of Horní Raškovice was built and opened to the public in 2004. The observation tower is situated near the Raškovice forest and in the interesting natural area of the former Raškovice quarry. Visitors can use two lookout platforms to view the surrounding landscape; 47 stairs lead to the upper platform at the height of 10 metres. The tower offers views of the Železné Mts., the peaks of the Krkonoše and Orlické Mts., and the Polabí (Elbe River basin).

Témer 14 metru vysoká drevená rozhledna u obce Horní Raškovice byla vybudována a zprístupnena v roce 2004. Rozhledna je umístena v blízkosti Raškovického lesa a v prírodne zajímavé lokalite bývalých Raškovických lomu. Návštevníci mohou využít k rozhledu po krajine dve vyhlídkové plošiny, pricemž horní je ve výšce 10 metru a vede k ní 47 schodu. Z veže se otevírá pohled nejen na Železné hory, ale také na vrcholky Krkonoš a Orlických hor ci do Polabí. Areál rozhledny byl v roce 2007 doplnen o socharská a rezbárská díla.
