This occupational monument("Mann im Hauberg") shows a person peeling bark in the woods. The dried bark of the oak was required by the domestic tanners for leather production

The monument can be found in a small park near the old church. It was created around 1960. People then allegedly didn't like it and called it "Lumumba". Later it was set up here at this place in 1997.
