As of this posting, it is very easy to locate this disk, simply by thinking "school" and "cattle guard." The current school is on the south side of FM 455, on the western part of town, and across the highway is an open cattle guard with no gate. There is a green sign indicating that the street number here is 16329 FM 455. There is room to park on either side of the entry to the cattle guard, or one can pull in, cross the cattle guard, and then pull over to the right to find the disk. It's maybe ten feet to the east of the center of the dirt road you used to cross the cattle guard. Alternately, stand on the west side of the cattle gate, and eyeball a pole to the northeast. Cross the cattle guard, making for the pole, and you'll reach the disk in less than a minute.
