"Endicott, 1901--Excavation for the Ideal Factory" painted by S. Douglass Crockwell in 1938.
The mural is on the South wall over the postal workers. There are no other murals in the building.
From Wikipedia article on Endicott Johnson Corporation:
"The word Ideal appeared in many places, including E-J's first (1901) factory in Endicott."
It was this factory that created Endicott, NY.
