This is a beautiful mural offering a trip in time - but not in space - to whoever looks at it. The mural depicts the town when it was not more than a simple village. It takes the side wall of a small building and in it one can see the old sail boats which use to navigate in the Tagus river until the middle of the 20th Century as well as the center of Moita in 1882.

The paint was actually based in an original paint of that year and it was executed by the community in 1982, later renovated by the City in September 2008.
