The formal entry is a wooden arbour structure which will with time be covered by native climbers. It is made with Blackbutt, a hardwood native species. The arboretum features trees & shrubs native to Eastern Australia.
It was officially opened by Gareth Ward, Member for Kiama, on 20th July 2014.
