The Denmark River bridge was built in 1929 on a timber haulage line and continued being used as such until 1957. The timber decked bridge now has a bitumen foot and cycle path across it, the bridge is built on jarrah piles .The Heritage Rail Trail is a 10km return walk, bike ride or horse ride along the northern shores of the Wilson Inlet from the Rail Bridge east to Crusoe Beach. This trail is now part of the Munda Biddi Trail, a world-class biking trail.
