US Navy coastal artillery piece used as the Soldiers and Sailors Monument in Angola.
Markings indicate it was probably cast by Builders Foundry (BF on the barrel) of Providence RI. Weight of 4550 lbs and serial number 352.
Thw monument was sponsored/dedicated by James Ayer Post 202 of the GAR.
