The Ohrmann Museum is located at 6155 Hwy. 1 SW of Drummond. If traveling south turn on Hwy. 1 before entering Drummond, it is 4.5 km to the museum. If traveling north continue through Drummond exit Hwy. 1. Directions are from Hwy. 90/12.

The Ohrmann Museum is a fascinating place to visit. The yard is filled with Bill Ohrmann's creations. This is a free museum and you are welcome to view, photograph and even sit on the Turtle.
Pronghorn Antelope was created by talented artist Bill Ohrmann in 2006. It is made of welded mild steel and stainless steel. As with most of Ohrmann's creation Pronghorn Antelope is life size.
The Fleet-footed pronghorns are among the speediest animals in North America. They can run at more than 53 miles an hour, leaving pursuing coyotes and bobcats in the dust. Pronghorns are also great distance runners that can travel for miles at half that speed.
Pronghorns are about three feet tall at the shoulders. They are reddish brown, but feature white stomachs and wide, white stripes on their throats. When startled they raise the hair on their rumps to display a white warning patch that can be seen for miles.
Both sexes sport impressive, backward-curving horns. The horns split to form forward-pointing prongs that give the species its name.

According to Mrs. Ohrmann, Bill was a rancher and artist all of his life. Though he has produced some amazing sculptures, he now limits his creativity to painting that he sells in the gallery.
As a note: all of the sculptures that are on display are "Not for Sale" and placed there purely for the enjoyment and appreciation of Mr. Ohrmann's talents.
