The Ohrmann Museum is a fascinating place to visit. The yard is filled with Bill Ohrmann's creations. This is a free museum and you are welcome to view, photograph and even sit on the Turtle.

Hatchling was created by talented artist Bill Ohrmann in 2006. It is made of welded steel.

As the Hatchling emerges from his egg, he asks, "Are You My Mother?" Visitors and passersby, politely reply, "No."

Are You My Mother? is a children's book by P. D. Eastman published by Random House Books for Young Readers on June 12, 1960. It is one of the "Top 100 Picture Books" of all time.

According to Mrs. Ohrmann, Bill was a rancher and artist all of his life. Though he has produced some amazing sculptures, he now limits his creativity to painting that he sells in the gallery.

As a note: all of the sculptures that are on display are "Not for Sale" and placed there purely for the enjoyment and appreciation of Mr. Ohrmann's talents.
