Considered one of the nicest forest estates in Québec, the Bois de Belle-Rivière is also a regional park offering walking trails, nature trails, large gardens, forest shelters (for rent), picnic areas, fishing, swimming, event organization centre.
This historic plaque relates the history of the territory. It was belonging to the Saint-Sulpice Seminarists in 1717. Most of the territory was used for agricultural needs during more than 2 centuries.
The territory was transformed into an education center about the forest in 1987. It now belongs to the Ville de Mirabel.
