From [T15S R10E S32] T16S R10E S5 6 CC COR (WAYMARK WMMV2R), continue E. In 0.25 miles, reach a gate in a barbed wire fence which extends E and S. Keep to the N of the E-W fence line. Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present closing corner bears N89.0°E from WAYMARK WMMV2R, 5227' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 4"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner is just N of the fence line. Two ponderosa pines with yellow BEARING TREE tags are on private property. Found two bearing objects described as additional accessories, 1-1/2" aluminum caps on 5/8" rebar, driven flush in the ground.


What property is this mark defining?:
Land to the S is private property, else Deschutes National Forest. The corner is on the Third Standard Parallel South. See also Oregon Corner Restoration Record, Index File No. 1045, filed in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office.
