I recovered this U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey benchmark from 1932 in good condition. The disk is monumented on a large lava boulder in a fork dividing County Rd 85 and Old Hwy 299. This disk also appears on a topo map as 'BM 4621' and has the elevation of '4621.382' stamped on the disk face. The NGS datasheet info along with my more accurate coordinates should place you very close to this mark.
