Broome Community College holds art classes here, but there are also classes for the general public. There are usually multiple changing art exhibits. There are classrooms for science classes and science exhibits. There is also a welcome center and a planetarium.
It was originally used as a house. Parts of the house are open with period furniture and paintings. They have a special Christmas display of trees from many lands.
