Victoria Park (as in Queen Victoria) in Beechworth has 2 cannons mounted on top of a granite dome facing to the South. You will need to take a photo of yourself (or GPSr) at the Eastern cannon.

While they are not too far away from the HM Beechworth prison (1860 - 2004) they are pointing in the wrong direction.
