Victoria Park (as in Queen Victoria), or Beechworth Park as more commonly known as in Beechworth, has 2 cannons mounted on top of a granite dome facing to the South.

While they are not too far away from the HM Beechworth prison (1860 - 2004) they are pointing in the wrong direction.
