Located near the centre of Cleobury Mortimer in Lower Street, this church serves Cleobury and a wide area of countryside surrounding.

A Wesleyan chapel was built in Cleobury Mortimer in 1790. This was later bought by the Primitive Methodists in 1861, who went on to built a “tin tabernacle” on the site of the present church, in 1895. After years of fund raising the present brick- built church was opened in 1939.

In 1981 a hall was built behind the church, to accommodate a large Sunday School. Sadly in more recent years the Sunday School does not exist. Latterly our hall, although let out to local organisations, was being used less by ourselves.
