Note that they may close early if they run out of food to serve, and let that be a reminder of one of the cardinal rules of Texas BBQ: Arrive early. Expect disappointment if you arrive late in the day and they're out of something, or worse still, they're closed.
Pardon their dust. The place doesn't look like much, with an assortment of different chairs and tables, but that they're doing good business will probably help to refine that. Food is available to dine in, where there is plenty of room to sit, or to-go. Brisket, pulled pork, turkey, pork ribs (and beef ribs and pork chops, when available), and sausage (regular or jalapeño cheddar) are all available by the pound, but they also offer plate combinations, with a choice of one, two, or three meats and two sides. Sandwiches are available, of course, including a sandwich combo that comes with a drink and a side. The sides include fries, okra, cole slaw, pinto beans, potato salad and smoked mac and cheese. Soft drinks are available, as well as iced tea and Monster energy drink. Check their Facebook page to see what they're doing different on a given day, which can include a cool dessert or a spin on a usual theme (like a different bun for a sandwich or an interesting sauce). Those who are looking to go on the cheap can order a fraction of a pound of whatever they fancy, or go with a sandwich or a link of sausage for 5.50. There is no pig-out option, but you can order as much as you like by the pound, and then get some to go later.
