When the old St Mary's Church, built in 1911, became too small the meet the needs of Anglican Parishioners, this new church was built in 1958 and the old church became the Parish Hall.The new St Mary's Church is situated in the same block as the original Anglican church. It has rough faced stone walls and a steeply pitched gabled roof .
