GeoBC tells us that this BC Survey Marker is on the "South side of Main Street and East side of 5th Street". They are pretty much out to lunch on this one..

First, Main Street runs generally north-south and Fifth Avenue (not Fifth Street) runs generally east-west. Regardless of the street alignment one would expect to find this on the southeast corner of the intersection. They got the "sidewalk" part right. 01HA235 is in the sidewalk in the northeast corner of the intersection.
