The basic concept of this sculpture is three children playing along the banks of a river. One child is fishing, while the other two scramble along the bank and climb an old tree stump. Situated in a fountain, the positioning of this sculpture adds a bit of both whimsy AND realism.

There are no plaques or signs anywhere around the sculpture to identify its title, artist or placement date. A quick check (and a follow-up email) with the building's management revealed no information about this piece.
