Depicted bronze bust of Alexander I. Pavlovic (Pavlovich), Tsar of Russian Empire and member of anti-Napoleonic coalition, decorates the arcade of Emperor's Spa (Císarské lázne) sanatorium in spa town Teplice.

The bust, work of National artist of the Russian Federation, sculptor V. A. Surovcev (Moscow), was unveiled in August 2013 in arcade of one of the Teplice' most notable spa sanatoriums. Alexander I, one of leaders of the anti-Napoleonic 6th Coalition, together with Emperors of Austria and Prussia led allied forces in Battle of Kulm (Chlumec). The Battle of Kulm was a battle near the town Chlumec (Kulm) and village Prestanov in northern Bohemia. It was fought on 29–30 August 1813. 32 000 French troops under Dominique Vandamme attacked an army of about 50-60 000 Austrians, Russians and Prussians under Alexander Ostermann-Tolstoy, but were defeated with heavy losses on both sides. Alexander I (Aleksandr Pavlovich; 23 December 1777 – 1 December 1825), reigned as Emperor of Russia from 23 March 1801 to 1 December 1825. He was the first Russian King of Poland, reigning from 1815 to 1825, as well as the first Russian Grand Duke of Finland.
