I think that the scouts had commissioned an appropriate camping and outdoor mural, but it has been 'tagged' on the Eastern side. I would like to know what is underneath and how it is related to the mural on the front of the hall.

With a couple of mounds of wood-chips to be partially obscured by the artists were able to be quite creative with their spray painting on the pre-painted wall.
Only the northern side of the hall is untouched, with an appropriate mural.
There is one section on the western wall where the artists have sprayed: "Anna Bay Scouts", a 'nice' touch.
