The lookout is dedicated to Allen Strom who was an environmental planner on the Central Coast for many years. There would be a LOT less great (scenic) places to hide geocaches without his input.

"ALLEN STROM LOOKOUT"
Allen Strom A.M. (1915 - 1997) made a lifelong contribution to the protection of Gosford City's environment.
He had a broad vision for the area and a deep concern about the cumulative effect of adverse small changes.
His tenacious work for the environment helped to conserve the City's ecosystems and the splendid vista from this lookout."

The track to the lookout commences near the intersection of Wards Hill Road and Maitland Bay Road.
