The buildings are three-deckers houses built in the late 1920's in a neighborhood that was primarily Jewish families. They were middle-class folks relocated from older, inner city neighborhoods. The architectural style are primarily Craftman and Colonial Revival.

Built in 1926. Isaac Bassinov a provisions merchant was a tenant at this property. Joseph Wolkvavich, worker at the Modern Clothes Shoppe and Harry Kramer were also tenants.
