This 3 decker has been materially altered. The first floor porch that wrapped around the right side has been replaced with a simple front door stoop. The sheathing has been replaced with artificial sheathing as well. Located in a predominated Irish neighborhood from the 1900's. Patrick McGrath was a carpenter, who lived here. Other early tenants included a laborer, helper, stone cutter and a teacher.
