This bronze statue of Jeanne d'Arc (Joan of Arc) is found in front of the Cathedral of Notre-Dame and was sculpted in 1889 by Paul Dubois. It features the brave Jeanne d'Arc riding her trotting horse, holding a sword partially raised in one hand while holding the reins of her horse in the other, and her face turned to the sky.
A copy was made in 1922 and resides at Meridian Hill Park in Washington, D.C. USA.
