This pub in the village of Marple Bridge offers you a free bottle of Champagne on your birthday.

The pub opened around 1870 and changed its name from the Hare and Hounds in 1876 when the Midland Railway opened a station nearby. link

It's still going strong and although I've not been here on my birthday, I have certainly enjoyed a nice lunch here.
