The row of three-decker homes represent the last substantial phase of residential development on Vernon Hill. The homes were owned and occupied by Polish and Lithuanians. All of the initial owners were blue collared workers that worked in the local area and steel wire mills.

Built in 1928. Tenants included a tailor, taxi driver, clinkerman, and a barber.
