A collection of three-deckers housing built in the 1920's. They are primarily Craftman and Colonial Revival in style and are some of the last of the 3 decker development in Worcester. They were all built by the Dworman Building Company. The original folks were, for the most part, had white-collar positions and represented the middle class. Many were employed in clothing related businesses.
Tenants included a meat cutter, shoe retailer, and a clerk.
