Silver bullets buried nose down - The eight Airstream RV trailers look amazing, as you pass on the interstate.
If you leave the I-4 at junction 14, & drive around to get a close up view, you can see that they all appear to have been involved in crashes or fell off a truck. What a great idea to promote your business to passing motorists, & turn scrap RV trailers into an artwork that can be viewed from space.
Obviously a large scale spoof version of the Cadillac Ranch & The Bug Ranch found near Amarillo, Texas.
"While most people dispose of old vehicle by sending them for scrap or recycling, there are endless opportunities to do something more inventive. Today we take a look at large-scale vehicular art around the world, beginning with Florida’s Airstream Ranch." Text Source: (

"As roadside oddities go, this site is pretty awesome. Airstream Ranch was constructed in early 2008 when Frank Bates buried the ends of eight airstream trailers into the ground along I-4 near Tampa. The result is a relative work of art, well, depending on who you ask. The site has drawn many complaints from locals. My opinion? Airstream “Henge” is a visual piece of Americana that should be appreciated for its throwback to a time past. "Text source: (
