NOTE: Access is restricted. You can only get here if you are an active army member or during an open house (like I did) like during an airshow/carshow.

The tree is located next to the USA Swimming training pool, which is used for training for the Olympics. The plaque says, "Dedicated to the first Olympic water polo team. Sydney, Australia 2000 Olympic Games. June 20, 2000."
