This Neighborhood Market was constructed and opened in 2014. It serves the town of Pea Ridge, which grew quite a bit in the 1990s and 2000s until there was a housing slump for almost 10 years. Then the town started growing by leaps and bounds in 2013, adding whole newly-developed neighborhoods in the town limits.
The gas station here is not a Murphy USA, but a regular Walmart Gas station. How did I like it? It has some things that I want. However, being a low-carb buyer, I can find a lot more stuff in my line at a Harps over in Bentonville. Still, this is a good place to stop for folks in Pea Ridge, or passing through it, as I do regularly.
